Alchemy Graham joined the EPR Leadership Forum as Policy Director in 2025. As a native Californian and long-time national parks enthusiast, Alchemy dedicates her professional and personal time to advocating for environmental conservation and the adoption of sustainable practices. 

Prior to this, Alchemy served at the California Department of Conservation, the California Assembly, and as a contract lobbyist for several clients including the California Transit Association and California Green Business Network. Through these roles, she became skilled at stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and legislative advocacy, successfully developing and passing a wide range of environmental measures that brought the state of California one step closer to achieving statewide emissions reduction and climate goals.

During her time in and around the California Legislature, Alchemy founded the California Legislative Black Staff Association and served as Chair while concurrently serving as Vice President of the California LGBTQ+ Staff Association. Alchemy graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and now lives in coastal North Carolina with her fiance, cat, dog, and ball python.
